Transparency about how this website was made matters, especially as AI tools become part of the normal design and content workflow. This page sets out exactly what was created with AI assistance and what wasn’t, rather than leaving visitors to guess—some elements — images and written copy— used AI tools during production. Everything else, including the design itself, was built entirely by hand. The sections below break this down clearly, so nothing on this site is left ambiguous.

Images marked with a small “AI” badge in the corner of the photo were created using AI tools rather than captured with a camera — this applies throughout the site wherever that badge appears, and nowhere it doesn’t. Written copy across every page was also drafted with AI assistance as part of the production process. Both are disclosed here directly rather than left unstated, in line with the intent behind current transparency requirements for AI-assisted work.

The design of this site — including colour palette, typography choices, layout structure, and all coding and build work — is the original work of PixelWyse, created without AI assistance. Every visual decision, from the spacing between sections to the way pages are structured, was made by hand. This policy relates specifically to AI-generated imagery and AI-assisted written copy. It should not be read as extending to the site’s design, structure, or underlying build in any way.

This policy is provided in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which requires clear and perceptible labelling of AI-generated visual content presented to users. The “AI” badge on relevant images is designed to meet that requirement directly, appearing visibly on the image itself rather than buried on a separate disclosure page. This page provides further context and detail beyond what a small on-image label alone can convey to a visitor.
