Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any photography services booked through Verdoze Photography.

An enquiry submitted through the contact form or by email does not constitute a confirmed booking. A shoot is confirmed once a date, location, and service tier have been agreed in writing (email is sufficient).

A deposit may be required to secure a booking date, with the balance due on or before delivery of final images. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. Rescheduling due to weather, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated where reasonably possible at no extra charge.

Edited images are typically delivered within five working days of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed. Images are delivered in both web and mobile-ready crops as standard.

The client may use the delivered images for the purpose for which the shoot was booked (property listings, portfolio use, marketing, and similar). Verdoze retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Verdoze will take reasonable care during any shoot, but is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, access restrictions beyond its control, or loss arising from delayed image delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The laws of Scotland govern these terms.
